Dr. Gittens offers telemedicine/ virtual consultations and in person consults. The patient can request to have their consultation and vasectomy on the same day.

Cancellation Policy
500.00 dollar deposit fee is required when scheduling the consultation which goes towards the vasectomy.  Cancellation must be 7 days prior to your scheduled vasectomy or will result in a loss of deposit.
